Being fortunate enough to be born and raised on Martha’s Vineyard I’ve always had a connection to dogs. As a baby, my grandparents had the sweetest springer spaniel named Olyvia, while my family had two German shepherds named Noah and Rauel. Noah was a trained police K-9 that was hit by a car and unable to do police work anymore, he was an amazingly trained dog that could climb up and down fences, open door knobs, and throw himself thru a window to prove to my dad he could get himself outside, and even throwing old carpet on top of an electric fence so he could jump over and also prove to my dad he could still get out As Noah grew older I was lucky to get my little teacup chihuahua from my mom’s pack that used to walk in between Noah’s legs and would cuddle with each other. The largest blessing in my life has been being able to combine my love for dogs and animals and turn it into a career.
